Courtyard Transformation with Patio and Pergola

When we took on the task of transforming this courtyard in New Orleans, our goal was to create a welcoming outdoor oasis that balanced charm and functionality. The existing space was largely unused, with overgrown foliage and an outdated patio layout. Our first step was a thorough cleanup and removal of debris to provide a clean slate for the redesign.

We installed a rustic pergola to serve as a central focal point, offering both shade and an inviting area for gatherings. Potted plants were meticulously arranged, providing layers of greenery and enhancing the dynamic look of the courtyard. Our team paid special attention to selecting species that would thrive in the local climate, ensuring the space would stay vibrant year-round.

The installation of a classic brick patio added a touch of timeless elegance while improving drainage and reducing maintenance. A charming garden swing was placed strategically to offer a cozy nook for relaxation, framed by new plant beds that add a dash of color and texture.
