We're uptown today getting this backyard kicked off. Here's what we were working with - overgrown beds, a loose shell path that's seen better days, and a space that has real potential but just isn't functioning the way it should. Good bones. Needed a plan.
The scope on this one covers a lot of ground. Raised brick garden beds, fresh plantings, a small turf area, a new paver patio, and a walkway to tie it all together. That's the kind of full-yard approach that actually makes a backyard usable - not just pretty, but something you actually want to spend time in.
This is exactly what our outdoor design and build service is built for. We're not just dropping in a few plants and calling it a day. We're rethinking how the space flows, what surfaces work best underfoot, and what plant selections will hold up and look great long-term. Every piece of it is intentional.
We'll be pulling plants from our nursery to fill out the new beds - which means we already know what's going in, how it'll grow, and how it'll perform in this climate. That connection between design, build, and plant sourcing is what keeps everything cohesive from start to finish.
Stay tuned for the after on this one. It's going to be a big change.
